• Upload and Attach files to Events: Upload and attach files directly while adding or editing events.
• Upload files Directly to the Library: Add new files to the library from the drafting room or upload them directly from your computer.
• Enable or Disable Personal Folders: Group Admins can enable or disable personal folders for users in their group.
• Notifications: Enable or disable notification emails for forum posts, events, library files and drafting room files from the notification settings page in personal options.
• View chat participants before logging in: View group members currently using the chat before entering a chat session.
• Sort Group Member Lists: Sort member lists alphabetically.
• Control Chat Timeouts: Group Admins can set Chat Session Timeout, Message Life Span and Chat ID Life Span to custom values from the chat settings menu.
• Upgrade Utility: Administrators can easily upgrade from ACollab version 1.1 to ACollab 1.2, while maintaining previous records.
