| Support Ticket 3 Pack | $175 | If you find that the public forums provide most of the support you need, but you want the security of knowing that the ATutor team is available to help on a moments notice, a pack of three supports tickets will ensure any problems you might have are dealt with quickly by knowledgable ATutor staff. Tickets are generally created for problems that require a service representative to access your ATutor installation, or the server on which it is hosted, to make repairs or track down the cause of problems. Each ticket gives you up to an hour of personal support. If you don't think you will need three tickets, you might instead purchase a one time Installation or Troubleshooting ticket, listed above. |

| Accessibility and Usability Evaluations and Consultation | $125/hr or Contract | The staff at ATRC are active members of the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative, intimately involved in the development of international accessibility standards. We use our expertise in Web accessibility help you and your development staff understand accessibility issues and their solutions, or evaluate your Web site or Web application, create a compliance report, and offer solutions. Compliance standards include the W3C WCAG, U.S. Section 508, among others. |
