only incorrect questions in 2nd test attempt

| My client would like the default method of taking tests modified so that on the second attempt of a test the student is only given the questions they answered incorrectly in the first attempt. Do you think this would be possible? If so how would you achieve it and which files do you think would need to be modified? Perhaps a function which runs before producing the list of questions which checks for previous attempts, if it finds some then it would mark the questions that are already correct as correct for this attempt and then create the list of incorrect questions?
