| By exchanging information with other users in Brazil, I'm adding this new topic to give suggestions for improvement to ATutor. The idea is to add the structure of ATutor with some features of Joomla 1. 0x. We just want to work with the ATutor project, giving more power and ease of use for the User (administrator), and even to grow in to create applications, or even customize new templates. Like this, ATutor besides being an excellent LCMS, will also have some characteristics of CMS. We know that the developers of applications web don't approve the idea of using resources of other applications web Open Source. Before we discuss the possibilities, it is necessary to know the operation and the facilities of Joomla 1. 0x. For who has interest, I am providing the latest version of a8eJoomla, that is a version with some improvements, done by independent programmer of Joomla: joomlaptbr.googlecode.com/files/a8eJoomla_1.0.15-Stable-Full_Package.zip Posted: 2010-01-11 12:36:44 | ||

| Are you aware that there is a Joomla integration module? See the bottom of the following page. www.atutor.ca/atutor/modules/index.php What are we doing with the Joomla link? Keep in mind that ATutor is an elearning environment, and not a so called CMS (Content Management System) in the same sense Joomla is, and should not be trying to duplicate the functionality in Joomla. If there are specific features in Joomla that would be a nice addition to ATutor, list those and I can tell you if they are something we might include in ATutor. Posted: 2010-01-11 14:44:50 | ||
