If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

Things to describe:
Operating system ATutor is installed on -
ATutor version - 1.6.2
Patch #s applied -
ATutor theme name -
PHP version - 5.1.6
MySQL version - 5.0.45
Webserver & version -apache 2
Copies of error messages - missing module

I have upgraded atutor 1.5.2 to 1.6.2 and after some time I figured out that file storage, assignments, blogs and reading list modules are marked as missing. Would you please let me know how to enable these modules? I really need our students to be able to upload file for instructors.

Could be tricky to fix since 1.5.2 was a while back. I believe there might be changes in the database for those modules. The error message suggested that the module folders are missing. Can you verify to see if your modules are still there?
