Hi,

I am trying to validate the SCORM Package installation (on ATutor 2.0.3) by uploading a sample SCO package.

I tried Sample SCO from atutor.ca/atutor/content.php which failed with the PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT error.

Does anyone have a SCO sample package handy? (or a solution to the PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT error?)

Thanks

Christophe

WRT to PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT error the ZIP files at atutor.ca/atutor/content.php are missing.

Not sure where you can find more open SCO's.

Those SCOs were created by the developers of the SCORM module, which has not been maintained for some time. Apparently they took them down.

I found some there:
scorm.com/scorm-explained/technical-scorm/golf-examples/

My goal is to exercise the RTE.

They upload fine as content packages but not using the SCorm Package module (This generates the "Information could not be added to the database" Error).

My question is, do I need to upload using the SCorm Package module in order to use the RTE?

Yes, you need to install the SCORM Package module for SCOs.

Though ATutor will import them, sort of, it only imports the content package part of a SCO. The SCORM module importes them as self contained content that does not become part of the ATutor content.

First try updating Java on the client side.

If that does not help, are you able to supply a SCORM package so we can do a test?

Hello,

when Sample_Mosule1.zip package uploaded on ATutor, "cmi.suspend_data" value is not getting stored in the data-base, when data-base table "at_cmi" is checked for the values, table is empty.

Please help to update the table values or is there any other table which is storing the values sent by the "SCO"

Please help to make "SCO" package work.

As I recall, save top the db was disabled in the module. We do not maintain this module, and its original developer is no longer available to work on it.

If you wanted to take over, and fix the save to db function, the source code is available on GitHub.

https://github.com/atutor/scorm_packages

Our efforts are on implementing IMS standards rather than SCORM.
