Is there documentation for how to convert Standards rules (like WCAG, BITV , etc) for the old Java AChecker platform (in XML) to the new PHP version? I have the Spanish national standard (UNE 139803:2004) XML file and would like to add it to the new PHP version.

There isn't a direct conversion utility. You would need to use the Create Guideline feature in the new AChecker, and add the the same checks to it that you had in the java AChecker. Both systems include the same 267 checks, with some minor variation for the WCAG 2.0 standard, having evolved a little since the java version of WCAG 2 was created.

Once you have the checks assembled and tested for your guideline, export the mysql database and send it to us. We'll integrate your guideline into the public distribution of AChecker.
