See the ATutor installation instructions, which are pretty much the same for AChecker.

Download achecker bundle from: www.atutor.ca/achecker/download.php

unzip and copy the unzipped folder "achecker" into your web server root. open a browser, type in "http://server/achecker", follow the instruction to install.
