To-do List module and Notes module

| As a learner, someone may need a To do List module to make a plan for things they want to do in future. Notes is also important modules. Learners can take some notes on the piece of content they read to make it clearer or add some more information on it. I don't know we can implement a mechanism to allow learners to share their notes in a certain way like blog but at first we need a Notes module. Certainly we need a module in admin panel to allow administrators to see the notes, keep track of its size and send notification to learners to request them to remove the too old notes.
