| Hallo, We working for an Italian University to help them to choose the right OpenSource LMS system. We believe Atutor is a very good one (probably the best) but there are some features missing we would like to know something about them. In particular we need to know if someone is working on any of the following list of missing features and if there is a release date in your mind. 1)Calendar 2)LDAP support 3)Whiteboard 4)Videoservices 5)Filesharing 6)Groupwork We would like to know also if there are some external sw or modules (better if opensource) that can work together with Atutor some of the missing functionality. how the other users already solved this problem? | The Calendar, Filesharing, and group work features will come with the ACollab addon. The standalone version is now complete. We just have to finalize some legal issues before it's release. We've had some discussion about LDAP support, though implementing it will require a funder, or perhaps a collaborator. This might be a good project for your group to take on if you wish to contribute. We have created an accessible whiteboard standalone Java app called AComm that will be available soon, which can be used with ATutor. We have no plans yet for video support, though streaming audio is an the drawing board.
