Thanks for the report. Have added this to mantis(3449) and fixed in version 7611.

| Hi Gorzan, Thank you, you found a bug. The patch created for 1.6 should be rejected when trying to be installed into other ATutor versions that are not 1.6 because the ATutor scripts in 1.6 might be different with other versions. Installing patch for 1.6 into other versions could break the code in that version. This checking is missed in patcher, so in your case, the patch was installed successfully but not showed up on the page because the page only lists patches install for current version. I just fixed this bug. By the way, if you do ensure your patch for 1.6 is safe to apply into 1.6.1, you can simply open up "patch.xml" in the patch and modify line "<applied_version>1.6</applied_version>", change 1.6 to 1.6.1 and go ahead to install.
