greg![]() | Subject: Browser Cache | |
| Hello Tehereh I'm guessing either you changed a course stylesheet using the stylesheet editor, but know changes seems to appear. For changes to appear, you must select the Override preferences setting, or the Course Default Preset preference setting. It is also possible that browser caching is preventing the new stylesheet change from being applied if you are editing the main ATutor stylesheet directly (/stylesheet.css) from within the source code. Empty your browser's cache and restart your browser to see stylesheet changes take affect. If you can describe in a little more detail the problems you are having, including the steps you took, the browser you are using, and the system ATutor is installed on, we may be able to provide more assistance. greg Posted: 2003-06-02 08:59:29 | ||

| Subject: Save your preferences after making changes | ||
| By default new preferences settings are only applied to the current session. Preferences must be saved if you want them to be used in future sessions. After clicking "Set Preferences alt-s" the feedback box gives you choices to save the new settings, or cancel to return to the previous settings. If you want these saved settings to be applied as the default preferences for your course, you must save them by clicking the link "Save current settings as course default preferences." found through "Course Default Preferences" on the Tools screen.
