| Which theme are you using? Try manually setting the "default" theme as the default in the themes table of you ATutor database. Posted: 2008-12-13 17:01:57 | ||

| Hi, Can you check if the SHA1 password match the ones inside your database. Use the SQL code I had in the following thread: www.atutor.ca/view/7/15023/1.html and tell me if the passwords match, thanks. Harris Posted: 2008-12-14 14:39:35 | ||

| Did you reload during installation? Passwords may have been encrypted twice. Revert back to the old system, and try upgrading again. And, you should do it when courses are not running. Posted: 2008-12-14 18:43:52 | ||

| I reverted back to the old systems and upgraded again the problem is still there.. by the way, the newly created users can access their account normally ! Posted: 2008-12-14 20:35:51 | ||

| There was a problem during 161, beta test and had been fixed. The problem would cause the password field to get encrypted twice. I just tried a 155->161->162 upgrade, logged in as both instructor and admins no problem. Can you tell me what your php, mysql, sever information and/or any customization/alteration to your database so that we can help you track down the problem? Posted: 2008-12-15 10:52:35 | ||
harris![]() | Subject: Re: cannot login after upgrade
| Also, if you are upgrading from < 1.6.1, you can just upgrade it to 1.6.2 without running all the sub version(s) in between. Posted: 2008-12-15 11:04:14 | ||
harris![]() | Subject: Re: cannot login after upgrade
| This is not right if you are in 161+. AT_admins and AT_members should all be 40 chars. The passwords should all be encrypted.
