    Operating system ATutor is installed on - Linux x64
    ATutor version - 1.6.2
    Patch #s applied - all to #22
    ATutor theme name - 1.6.2 default
    PHP version - 5.2.9
    MySQL version - 5.0.x
    Webserver & version - apache 2.x
    Web browser being used - Opera 9.64 & Firefox 3.0.10

    1. Login as admin.
    2. Select Courses - Learner Support Tools.
    3. Click on Cancel button.
    4. Displayed result is a blank page.
