If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

Things to describe:
Operating system ATutor is installed on - Windows NT ANTOPOWER 5.1 build 2600
ATutor version - ATutor-1.6.3-beta1
Patch #s applied -
ATutor theme name - default
PHP version - 5.2.6
MySQL version - 5.0.51b-community-nt
Webserver & version - IIS 5.1
Copies of error messages -
Changes to default settings -
Web browser being used - Firefox 3.0.11
...and anything else relevant - When performing a clean installation of the ATutor-1.6.3-beta1 one single table reported error:
ERROR msg : "Table AT_config creation failed."
It can be related to the SQL server version.

An IIS issue. Try using Apache.

I am using apache 2.2.11,but have the same error ->"Table AT_config creation failed."
I have tried mysql5.0,5.1.36,5.4.1-beta.The problem can be resolved. why?????

Try a fresh download and install again.

Its a minor bug. Edit the file at ATutor\Install\DB\atutor_schema.sql
At the creation of config table, 'value' must NOT have a default value.
