Password_reminder does not send email

| When I click on "Forgot your password?", enter the necessary email address and submit it, I get the message: "An email with instructions on retrieving your password has been sent." But it's not arrived. It's the same thing withs or without patch number 0011. The "Course Email" works: But the "password_reminder" do'nt do it. What can I do?
