Batch registration - wrong message if learner exists

| I'm running 1.3.4 (not 1.4, haven't upgraded yet). I batch registered a group of learners into a course. Some learners in the list already have accounts in ATutor. The problem is these learners will get the same email message as totally new users. The message says something about a new account has been created for you, and use password reminder to get your password. It makes no mention of the course enrollment. If I was the learner who already has an account, I'd be very confused. Perhaps, a different message should be emailed to these folks, just telling them that they have been enrolled in some course.
