| I noticed something weird in the Atutor install I am using. When I log in to as a student to a course I created as instructor, I can e-mail students in other courses using the mail function. I can see the students in another class (which I also made) in the drop down menu of the create new mail. I tested it and it e-mailed the other students who are enrolled in the other class. But right on the mail it says you can only e-mail students enrolled in the same course. Do you know which way it is supposed to be? This is ATutor 1.4, but it might be a pre-release, not the latest stable version. Can someone check and see if this is happening in the latest version? If so, it might be a bug--if not--no big deal as we will be loading the latest release of 1.4 thanks for your help! robinb ODCTE Posted: 2004-06-17 12:30:39 | ||

| You can mail to student in the same "courses" as you. You can mail from one course to a person in another course you are both registered in. I'm assuming you are talking about the Inbox. Posted: 2004-06-17 13:28:48 | ||
