    If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

    Things to describe:
    Operating system ATutor is installed on -
    ATutor version -
    Patch #s applied -
    ATutor theme name -
    PHP version -
    MySQL version -
    Webserver & version -
    Copies of error messages -
    Changes to default settings -
    Web browser being used -
    ...and anything else relevant -I'm having trouble exporting course material. When I click on the export content link I select the save option in the pop up dialogue box which brings up the "getting file information" box, this is where the problem starts, the "getting file information" box does not go away and give me the option to choose a folder etc. It just hangs there forever, never allowing me past that point. What could be the problem?

    This is more likely a browser issue. Try a different one.

    There's never been a problem with export in all the years its been around.
