| If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced. Things to describe: Operating system ATutor is installed on -Mac OS 10.6 server ATutor version -1.6.3 Patch #s applied -none ATutor theme name - PHP version -5.3.0 MySQL version -5.05 Webserver & version -Apache 2.2.11 Copies of error messages -None Changes to default settings -None Web browser being used -EI. safari, FF ...and anything else relevant - OK - what we are experiencing is-we have students on a part-time course who log in from the same machine in their workplace. when logining in to our atutor site, they often get someone elses details show up on the page they log into (from the group at that location), unless they specifically force a refresh of the page - we have also seen the same thing happen (in terms of pages failing to refresh appropriately, with the chat room and forum - any suggestions Posted: 2009-10-27 13:47:51 | ||
