In ATutor v1.4



In the content editor, on the Accessibility tab, the info msg is always English. And there is more infomsgs coded into /include/html/editor_tabs/accessibility.inc.php

The Accessibility verifier is only available in English at the moment. Language is retrieved from the verifier itself, and not a part of ATutor.
