Arrange Content: 500 - Internal Service Error

| I just installed patch #4 to ATutor, V2. Now when I go to arrange content within a course, I get a 500-Internal server error. ATutor Version: 2.0. PHP Version: 5.3.2 MySQL Version: 5.1.48-community OS: Windows NT 6.1 Theme: Default V2 Patches applied: 1, 2, 3 and 4 Browser: I.E. 8.0.6001.18702 and Firefox 3.6.8 Changes to default settings: None If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced. | I'm unable to reproduce the problem. Patch 4 does not affect the scripts to arrange content. Were you able to move content before applying the patch? Perhaps the file was corrupted during installation. Try replacing the arrange files with fresh copies atutorsvn.atrc.utoronto.ca/repos/atutor/tags/atutor_2_0/mods/_core/editor/arrange_content.php atutorsvn.atrc.utoronto.ca/repos/atutor/tags/atutor_2_0/themes/default/editor/arrange_content.tmpl.php Posted: 2010-08-25 09:01:29 | ||

| Yes I was able to arrange content prior to installing the patch. However, after a few more tries and log-in/log-out sequences, it worked.. If it occurs again I'll take notes and try your suggestion. Thanks for the advice! Andrew ATutor Version: 2.0.
