| Try a fresh download and install again. Did you extract the ATutor file before or after uploading to godaddy? It could possibly be a php version issue. 5.3 has had some issues. Try upgrading php. Posted: 2011-09-15 07:36:34 | ||

| Try a fresh download and install again. I can get into it through an open course on the course browser but not from the login page to the user/index page. I reloaded the user file and it did not help. Did you extract the ATutor file before or after uploading to godaddy? Yes, I had to remove it from the .tar and convert it to .zip to upload to godaddy. It could possibly be a php version issue. 5.3 has had some issues. Try upgrading php. I was wrong about the php. Godaddy has 5.2. Can't do much about that. It's a shared server. f you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced. | My guess would be the conversion to a zip file went wrong. We've installed dozens of systems without any problems. Godaddy does provide Linux based hosting, which we'd recommend over Windows hosting for stability. If you have an opportunity to switch your system over to Linux, I would guess that will resolve the problem. Posted: 2011-09-16 10:27:14 | ||
