With ATutor 1.4.1, if the upper/lower case of a designated word in a text does NOT exactly match the case for the word/phrase in the AT_glossary table, the item will NOT show in the Menu, although it will resolve correctly with the pop-up when the text is previewed.

My sense is that whatever code is populating the glossary list in the menu simply needs to disregard whatever the case it finds in the text = AT_glossary.word.

Obviously its not a show-stopper, but it is disconcerting when you first discover it!
