File Manager create folder problem

| When I try to create a new folder in File Manager there is a restriction on the file naming. All upper case letters are stripped from the name, so you can use only lower case letters. Probably, this is intentional because of some PHP related stuff, but it is not very natural, so it should be clearly noted on the file manager page if such restrictions must be taken into account.
