| I don't see anything in the code of the step2.php file that might cause this error, except perhaps a blank line above it. Try deleting the blank line. Also, this could potentially be an Apache 2 problem. We are not currently supporting Apache 2. There are a variety of problems generated by it. If possible we recommend using Apache 1.3.
