Is it possible to translate web accessibility checker to other langauges so teh perosn with default X language may get web accessibility checking report on X language?

It is possible, but I would suggest waiting a while. We will be creating a PHP version of the checker over the next few months, after which it will have a translation system like ATutor. making it easier to translate.
