| Hi The template:"use_ctrl_mass_mail" "Use the CTRL key to select multiple recepients." I think this template is wrong.I tried it on ACollab but It(selecting multiple recipients) is done by Shift Key Instead of CTRL Key. by the way,the dictation of recepient is wrong,It's recipient. bye.
