| I can't reproduce the problem myself. The Russian pack imports as it should. Make sure PHP is compiled with zlib. Download a fresh copy and try again. Are you getting an error message? Try importing using the language manager importing from the list of available languages, instead of uploading Posted: 2010-03-13 08:34:34 | ||

| greg, thanks for attantion. I do not know, how can I make sure PHP is compiled with zlib. May be you wright more details. I did not get any error message, when I tryed to unzip the file file atutor_1_6_4_ru.zip through Import page in ATutor. There was absolutly blank and white screen jn new opened page. But after that I tryed to run script file language_text.sql, which I unzipped on my C:\ disk, I saw the next error message: Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature I tryed to run the script file through Import page in ATutor. | Do not try to unzip the file. Import the zip file directly. Or, better, use the language manager to import the file directly from the atutor.ca site. If you have to modify permissions on the import directory, then something has probably gone wrong with the install. You may be better off installing a fresh copy, following the install instructions carefully. Posted: 2010-03-13 09:23:47 | ||

| Only that my term unzip was wrong. I ment I tryed import directly according the instruction and no result. You dont want to wright, in what way I can use the language manager to import the file directly from the atutor.ca site, if I have no list of languages on Import page and through the window "Import a New Language" I can open my computer only! All permissions I turned back. I installed a fresh copy ATutor twice allready. The installanions were successful. Posted: 2010-03-13 09:37:23 | ||

| Apply Patch #1 for 1.6.4 to fix the "none found" problem for the import language selector. Posted: 2010-03-14 10:03:43 | ||

| Default Student Tools is absolutely other menu. I found that menu Default Course Tools under the button View beneath the list of courses. And according to the unsolved trouble with Russian installation I can message that the error is: [Sat Mar 13 18:02:22 2010] [error] (13)Permission denied: access to /ATutor/admin/language_import.php failed because search permissions are missing on a component of the path. May be somebody knows, where is the patch and how can I solve this trouble with import Russian. Posted: 2010-03-14 10:12:20 | ||

| Sorry, greg, I saw your new post now. Where can I Apply Patch #1 for 1.6.4 to fix the "none found" problem for the import language selector? I really did not understand it. May be I should do it in file language_import.php or somewhere else? Posted: 2010-03-14 10:16:49 | ||
