Make sure php safemode is turned off.

Try upgrading php. php4.2 should work, but a current version (4.3+) will work better.

Apache 2.0 may also be the problem. We recommend using 1.3+ for now until Apache 2.0 support for PHP is improved.

We've confirmed that the Spanish translation works as it should. Are you able to import other languages?

What version of ATutor are you using? What operating system is it running on?

Subject: Try 1.4.2Quote this post in your reply
I suspect a setting in Windows is the problem. Make sure the content/import/ directory is writable by the web server. Or, try the release candidate of 1.4.2 at:

www.atutor.ca/atutor/download.php

Send us access information for your ATutor installation if you still have trouble after trying 1.4.2.
