error when i want to import a language

| hello. i use this CMS on localhost and now installed Atutor on the localhost.i login as administrator and go to the lagnguage part and sellect import... when i click on the import button,i see this error : Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature just it!! so i want to install persian(farsi)language pack and download this language pack and the CMS from this site. noe how to instal the Farsi pack??? please help me hurry... thanks Posted: 2007-03-07 15:56:56 | ||

| Make sure your php installation is installed with zlib. I just tried installing the Farsi language pack, and it seems to install okay. Provide the rest of the information about your system that's asked for when you post here. It's difficult to help otherwise. Posted: 2007-03-07 18:21:45 | ||

| hi.thanks for your answer. on first installation page,i see information that one of them it: PHP 4.3.0+ 5.1.6 Zlib Enabled and ... ........ now i attach the picture of first installation page to see it.plz when you see this information of my system help me and say where is the problem. thanks Posted: 2007-03-08 06:39:57 | ||

| hi greg and very thanks for help... but... i install the atutor in my web host.installation was completed but i see same error when i want to import a language. i use 2 metod for import language but in each 2 metod see this error: -------------------- metod1-->Import a New Language Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature ---------------------- metod2-->Or, import a language directly from the ATutor.ca website. | Ok. i turn safe_mode off on localhost then restart all actions of Wamp and login too atutor but when i want too import farsi language see this error again: Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature !!!!!!!????  Posted: 2007-03-09 09:15:07 | ||

| I not sure what else to suggest. The Farsi pack works fine on all our installations. Have you tried downloading the pack again? Have you tried importing the language when Translation has been turn on in your ATutor installation? Can you please provide the rest of the information asked for when when you post here. Particularly the webserver being used, and the OS its running on. Or send us a copy of the output from phpinfo(). Posted: 2007-03-09 09:52:56 | ||

| yes. so i was download a different language pack(arabic-turkish...)and wnat to import them but see the same error!! i download a language pack-then extract it on my hard disk-go to atutor admin panel on web host and import the language that see the problem... is this way ok?? so yes the translation mode is on when i tried to import the language Posted: 2007-03-09 10:32:47 | ||
