i wany install atuto 1.6.3 but in step 3 install ive me this error:

Error

* Administrator password cannot be empty.
* Personal Account Password cannot be empty.

i enter password but shoe me this error to.

my php version is 5.2.10

1. Make sure file "sha-1factory.js" exists at ATutor root folder.

2. Make sure javascript is enabled in your browser setting.

If still have problem, re-download ATutor from atutor.ca/atutor/download.php and reinstall.

my host information is this:

why i cound not install it. it's show me error in step 3:

i really enter passwords but above error eccur too.

i install it on local successfuly but on server ... plz help me soon as posible

Webserver & version -
Copies of error messages -
Web browser being used -
...and anything else relevant -

php 5.2.10 or 5.2.x

mysql is comfortable

When the error reported, did firefox reported javascript error?

Use firefox menu "Tools" -> "Error Console" to find out javascript error.

You mean the javascript error is reported in firefox? What is it?

Clear all the old messages from "error console" before going into step 3 to make sure the error is reported for step 3.

Are you using apache web server? Can you have a look at apache server error log files?

If you install successfully at localhost but failed at host server, very likely it's the problem with your host. Try asking your host admin or switch to another host.
