I have the same problem with p30graph3

Error

* Administrator password cannot be empty.
* Personal Account Password cannot be empty.

and when I found this on the Error Consol

Error: hex_sha1 is not defined Source File: bahtiar.net/elearning/install/install.php Line: 26

I cann't find the folder of the source of ATutor..
