| If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced. Things to describe: Operating system ATutor is installed on - atutor is installed in hosting (o.s. ubuntu) ATutor version -1.6.3 Patch #s applied - PHP version - 5 MySQL version - 5.0.51a-3ubuntu5.4-log When I send a message or I post a message in any forum I always obtain the following messages: The following errors occurred: * There was an error sending the email message. In this case the message arrives, but when an user forgets the password and click on "forgot your password?" (login panel), he gets the same message and the message DOESN'T ARRIVE! Thank you for help Anna Posted: 2009-11-09 11:57:49 | ||

| Eureka! I changed on my computer php.ini with: SMTP=smtp.libero.it (my provider server smtp) and not localhost, so message arrived! I wrote a mail to administrator of the hosting server, I hope that also in unix server there is something similar! By Anna Posted: 2009-11-11 12:12:44 | ||
