Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ob_clean()

| When I install ATutor 1.4.1, in step 5 I have recieved error below. "Warning: stat failed for ../content/import/ (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /var/www/html/atutor/install/include/step5.php on line 23 Warning: stat failed for ../content/import/ (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /var/www/html/atutor/install/include/step5.php on line 24 Warning: stat failed for ../content/chat/ (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /var/www/html/atutor/install/include/step5.php on line 23 Warning: stat failed for ../content/chat/ (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /var/www/html/atutor/install/include/step5.php on line 24" But It's passed to last step, when I click "Login" to ATutor, this massage appear "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ob_clean() in /var/www/html/atutor/include/session.inc.php on line 31".
