| My university is using LDAP servers to connect the students to services like mail, forums and other services and they will install a GPL LMS, I'm studying ATutor and some people of my University think it's a good LMS but we need the support for the LDAP server to integrate the LMS in our system. | The source code is open, so if you have a PHP programmer on staff, you could have that person create a utility. You could also hire us to do it for you. We would need to investigate what is involved, and better understand LDAP. | We've already been talking about adding LDAP support, but we have no definite plans yet. Depending on demand and funding, it will likely be available in V1.4 next spring, early summer. There will be a few minor releases between now and then, which might provide an opportunity for your group help out, and get the functionality you need more quickly.
